Shediac Mobile respects your privacy — but also reserves the right to intelligently and ethically use collected data to support the growth, marketing, and collective visibility of our founder network. This document explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

We collect only what we need to serve you effectively:

  • Name, email address, business name, and public contact details
  • Optional submissions (blog drafts, onboarding forms, media uploads)
  • Technical information (IP address, browser type, usage logs)

No unnecessary tracking. No reselling. Just smart collaboration.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data fuels your microsite, email setup, and onboarding. It may also be used to:

  • Recommend tools or services relevant to your business
  • Collaborate across the founder network
  • Improve automation and recommendations via AlfredAI
  • Boost your business visibility via public directories, SEO strategies, and blog amplification

While your data remains yours, Shediac Mobile reserves the right to leverage collective insights for the mutual benefit of the community. If we can help you grow — we will.

No third-party sharing. Ever.

3. Email and Contact Forms

Submitted emails and form data may be:

  • Reviewed by the Developer for support and improvements
  • Used to determine account status and engagement
  • Archived for automated AI use and community stats (e.g. founder activity heatmaps)
  • Triggered for blog generation, marketing, or outreach on your behalf

All contact data is used respectfully and never sold.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Shediac Mobile uses:

  • LocalStorage to remember preferences (e.g. dark/light mode)
  • Google and Facebook trackers, ad pixels, and analytics scripts where applicable
  • Every legal method available to analyze traffic, behavior, and performance for SEOstorm and network insights

If it doesn’t help your experience — or mine — it won’t be in the code.

5. Data Retention

Inactive users may be archived after 60 days. You may request a copy of your site content or keep your services live by staying in touch. We’ll always try to maintain contact — just reach out.

6. Security

We use industry-standard best practices, but Shediac Mobile is offered as a goodwill platform — without formal SLAs or liability. Don’t host sensitive or regulated data here.

7. Your Rights

You may request, at any time:

  • Deletion of your personal information, email account, or login
  • A copy of any personal data you submitted
  • Assistance migrating to your own domain or platform
  • To assign your preferred migration specialist to extract assets if needed

However — microsites created as part of Shediac Mobile remain part of the public portfolio, unless explicitly contracted otherwise. Your contact details may be removed upon request, but the site structure, layout, blog content, logo, and SEO footprint may remain online for public reference and archival purposes.

If you leave the network, we’ll mark your site as Archived — but the legacy stays. That’s the tradeoff for free.

8. Updates

This policy may evolve. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of Shediac Mobile implies agreement.
